THE LAW ON REMEDYING CONSEQUENCES OF SEIZURE

The Federation of Jewish Communities of Serbia publishes The list of returned property for 2017/2018/2019 based on The law on remedying the consequences of seizure of assets of Holocaust victims with no living legal heirs. The Jewish communities of Sombor and Niš, based on the aforementioned Law, did not realize any property and therefore do not generate income.In addition to the list in English, the Federation of Jewish Communities of Serbia publishes the same list in Hebrew.
