On the occasion of Rosh Hashanah – the Jewish New Year, the Serbian president Mr. Aleksandar Vučić, sent greetings to the rabbi of the Jewish Community in Serbia Isak Asiel, the president of the Federation of Jewish Communities in Serbia Robert Sabadoš, and to all members of the Jewish Community in Serbia. "Days of remembrance, remorse and spiritual renewal, for centuries have been an endless source of strength and joy. The spiritual strength of the Jewish people is permanently built into the foundations of world civilization and culture, as well as into the spiritual and cultural foundations of Serbia. I wish that the next year brings the Jewish Community in Serbia an abundance of joy, as well as the continuation and improvement of harmonious relations with all the people of good will in our Serbia" stated Vučić in his greetings.
